The Republicans for Environmental Protection have released their 2006 congressional scorecard. Jeff Sessions received a zero, as in 0/100. Coming from fellow Republicans, that’s a pathetic score.

I voted against the supplemental appropriations bill because mandating a withdrawal date from Iraq would undercut the authority of the President and General Petraeus.

Sen. Jeff Sessions once again toed the GOP party line and voted against the Iraq War Bill. The bill, which passed 51-47, provides $123 billion in additional funding for combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. However, the bill also orders President Bush to begin withdrawing troops within 120 days of passage.
